pcui or bsp is not working

Hi sap experts,

I go to se80. crm_bsp_frame application.

i selected sleect.htm in page with flow logic. ..test

system is giving error in browser: we could not find the server.even in pcui also it is not working .it is not pop the BAB.please can you tell me the reason.
