Master Data Problem

Hi ,

Infobject 0EMPLOYEE has attribute 0HRPOSITION. 0EMPLOYEE has data which i am trying to delete but system gives messages that data is being used in 0HRPOSITION. When i tried deleting the data from 0HRPOSITION system gives me message that data is being used in 0EMPLOYEE its sort of iteration.

I'want to know if there is method to take care of this.
