Dear all,

In my On Startup event, I want to apply a more complex filtering using DS_1.setFilterExt.

I notice that setFilterExt is not applied at all. However, setFilter is applied :

DS_1.setFilterExt("0ORGUNIT", "50000120"); --> filter is not applied

DS_1.setFilter("0ORGUNIT", "50000120"); --> filter is applied

What can be the reason for that ?

Many thanks !

Hans,

Perhaps your external key is not the same as interal key "50000120"?

You could try retrieving the correct value for your external key by doing something like:

DS_1.setFilter("0ORGUNIT", "50000120");

APPLICATION.alert(DS_1.getFilterExt("0ORGUNIT");

It should tell you which format is correct for your 00RGUNIT to use with setFilterExt.
