Two seperate inits for two different targets from one source

Hai All,

I have an ODS that loads a Master data object and another ODS. Now I have to load these two targets at different times. I want to make two initilizations seperately selecting only one of the them each time. But the system is not allowing me to initilize twice as there is already an active init eventhough its for a different target.

Is init particular to source system or particular to Source and target combination?
