Sapup is looking to deinstall J2EE 6.20 components during PREPARE

Hello,

WE are running PREPARE phase of sapup for upgrading to SCM 5.0 SR1 based on NW04S SR1 from SCM 4.0 Based on WAS 620.

The Sapup is looking to deinstall J2EE 620 during the prepare phase itself. We are planning to start the prepare phase two weeks before the actual upgrade in production. Hence We can't afford to deinstall J2EE 620 during the prepare phase itself.

Is there any work around to bypass the deinstall of J2EE 620 during PREPARE Phase ? Any help or tip is appreciated..
