8005-Time out reached Trex Error

Hi Karsten,

Thanks a lot.I am having some problem in TREX search ,documents are giving lots of error:

8005,time out reached

preparation failed.

When i go to KM-> component monitor->repository managers two of my repository are having below errors:

Name :Company_SAN

Type: Repository manager

status: Start up failed

Des: Startup Error: getting mapped math - Invalid argume

Name :Web repository

Type: Repository manager

status: Start up failed

Des: Startup Error: Exception during start up of sub-manager: W2kSecurityManager: problems getting config parameters from Repository Manager

We are on TREX6.1 on EP6.0sp09.

opening a support message to SAP takes a lot time, but we are running very short of time.

Is there anything Still can be done,to rectify these errors?

Please come up with some solution to it.

Thanks in Advance

    Hi Amit,

as I said in the other thread:

Your issue seems to lie in the configuration of the repository managers, not in TREX. I do not know off hand, what exactly it might be.

I still advise to open a support message, because that will gurantee an answer. SDN answers are not guaranteed. And, by the way, you may have a better chance, if you are more precise in the title of the post e.g. "Repository Manager issues - 'Invalid argument' and 'W2kSecurityManager' "

The TREX error here to me seems secondary.

    Regards, Karsten
