ITSM - Edit a "Read only" field

In ITSM in the production system, I have a field that used to be writable but a wrong OT was imported in the production system and now that filed is display only.

I did a modification to solve the issue in a test sytem (where I can write in it again) however in production I still can't edit the field.

I then tried to manually change the property of the field using the wrench tool in itsm (to customize the UI) but it told me "client 001 is not modifiable" and "no transport request available".

Any idea ?
