Hello,

I think you mean Hybris Cloud for Customer (C4C), as Hybris portfolio has also Commerce and Marekting part.

SAP C4C is a cloud based software which CRM capabilities along with built-in Analytics and out of the Box Integration. It has all the benefits of Cloud software including less TCO on Data Storage, no maintenace and Upgrade cost.

SAP CRM is on premise software with best practices but Analytics and Integration needs considerable effort.
