Dear all,

I am trying to use Netting function for IRS derivatives, I have tried all the option available in payment details tab group determination but still system is not netting off the amount.

System generating 2 different flow while doing TBB1.

Could you please suggest what is the reason for this? how netting function work in case of simple IRS derivatives.

Hello Jain!

First of all, Netting is available only if you use payment requests!

Second, for all flow type used - indicate for which direction to create payment requests.

A prerequisite for the grouping of flows in a netting is that the respective financial transactions already be settled. Apart from having the same due dates, the flows must also have identical payment details. If you want to group incoming and outgoing payments in a netting, you must specify payment methods for both directions in the payment details.
