SAP CRM agent inbox search based on category ID not working

Hi Experts,

In the service request inbox search criteria, added category id field in the view configuration.

But when I put category id and click on search, It brings result for all the categories. It does not filter search result based on category id. Kindly tell the steps required to add category id as a search attribute in service request search inbox.
