SAP Hybris Marketing has 4 methods for its data management interfaces:

• OData service (CUAN_IMPORT_SRV)
• RFC function modules
• Web services
• CSV upload with Import subworkset of Hybris Marketing

Thanks for giving details on options on integrating MS Dynamics CRM with SAP Hybris Marketing

But can you please explain me more details if we using Web service?

1.Do we need to create the webservice in hybris marketing?

2.Once we create the web service do we need to give the Web service url to CRM???

3.How they will send the data to marketing system??

4.Where is field mapping will be done??

Please help me how to do that ??
