Loan IT0045 Skip for a month

Hello Guys

Employee got loan and repaying and in March2017 he requested HR team not to deduct lone and to deduct from April2017. Please let me know to make it happen? By changing IT0045 without creating any duplicate or multiple records

Dear SK,

Kindly change the end of specific loan also make repayment as zero and create new copy with remaining amount.

Hi SK,

T-code: PA30--> Put employee ID -->Select Infotype 0045 (Loan)--> click on Overview--> Select Loan--> Copy

System asking new start date (in your case April 2017) and save.

Please make a test case in sandbox or development and do the above activity, after satisfied with result, apply in production.

Hello SK,

Copy the loan record and maintain start date as 01.03.2017. In the conditions tab, maintain repayment start as 01.04.2017 and then SAVE. You may notice that new record is created with sequence number.

In this case what happens to existing loan record (if i copy and create new Loan types)?

Will it be correct solution?

Dear SK,

Follow the following process,

Go to PA30 and IT45 and subtype and press overview button. After that select the relevant loan and press copy button and give month start date and end date and in repayment installment remove the amount.

Now press save button. system will prompt you that record will be saved in the splits, least bother that warning and save the record.

Now after saving if you see the IT0045 for this particular loan type you have 3 records coming.

1. From start date till one month before

2. Current month which you skipped

3. New month mean next month.

Now select the New month record and press change button and go to payment tab, there is one button for repayment date calculation (small yellow button), press that button and it will automatically change the last date of the record.

Now check the payroll, system will not generate the /LRP for skipped month.
