HI friends,

I am working on BEx,using multi provider.In the cube Info object is showing but in multi provider the object is not showing.In query multi prouder is not showing,how can i add the info ojbect to multiprovider.

help me out please

Hi,

Double clcik on MultiProvider.it will take u to change mode.click on 'Identification'.Here you can select (check) required InfoObject from the InfoProviders.

RRMX>Open Query>go with 'New Query'.You can see u r MultiProvider.If no Query is created on any InfoProvider,the same will not be visible from infoArears.

Hi,

In defining the multiprovider, you should use <b>drag and drop</b> to transfer the required InfoObjects into your MultiProvider. You can also transfer entire dimensions.You can Use <b>Identify Characteristics and Select Key Figures</b> to make InfoObject assignments between MultiProviders and InfoProviders. Make sure that ur multiprovider is activated too.

Double click on multiprovider, select the cube if necessary, than on the right side you see the char of selected cube; click on it and use arrow butto to put it on the left side.

Then use button 'Identifiction' to check if these are flagged to be used.
