Integrated ITS

Hello,

I use SAP GUI for HTML with integrated ITS on

SAP Netweaver '04. Everything works fine. With

Internet Services (SE80) I can call each SAP

transaction from the system in the web browser.

My task is to call a SAP transaction from a SAP 6.20

Basis system in the same way (with SAP GUI for HTML in

a web browser)

but there is no standalone ITS available.

Is it possible to use the integrated ITS from the SAP Netweaver '04 system?

Maybe there is another solution for this problem?

Hi,

With WAS 6.20,you will have to use external ITS or convert all the applications to BSP(if no external ITS is available).

Hi Disha,

For example I would like to call the SAP transaction

SU01 (user maintenance) in my web browser with the

SAP 6.20 system and I will use BSP (I have no standalone ITS).

How can I convert the transaction into BSP? The effort

is to big, isnt it?

you have to code everything from scratch in BSP which will be time consuming and wont be able to recreate the transaction as it is in sapgui.

if you dont have its, and dont want to spend too much time, but still want to show the transaction within the browser, you could go for a sapgui scripting.

Hi Rene,

You cannot use the Int. ITS to connect to an other R/3 system on basis 6.20. For this you should install the external ITS (ITS 6.20) on a separate server.
