Absence Quota steps and rules for TQTA Contract Staff

HI All,

I have a requirement to change the Absence Quota.

Annual Leave : 15 days, Medical Leave : 14 days, Hospitalization: 60 days, Compassionate : 10 days

Scenario as per below:

Base Entitlement for Contract Annual Leave Start Date End Date Total Days Total AL 01.Jan.17 31.Dec.17 365 15 Scenario : Contract from 1 November 2017 - 31 October 2018 (1 Year Contract) Start Date End Date Total Days Total AL 01.Nov.17 31.Dec.17 61 3 01.Jan.18 31.Oct.18 304 12 15 Scenario : Contract from 1 November 2017 - 30 April 2019 (1 ½Year Contract) Start Date End Date Total Days Total AL 01.Nov.17 31.Dec.17 61 3 01.Jan.18 31.Dec.18 365 15 01.Jan.19 30.Apr.19 120 5 22

End of contract date is stored in IT0016 under the P0016-CTEDT, Contract End Date.

Other leave types is not prorated and to be given full entitlement in each year. For example, 01.01.2017-31.12.2017 is 14, 60 and 10 days.

And also 01.11.2017-31.12.2017 is 14, 60 and 10 days.

Currently, the quota is based on daily and contract start and end date. We are using PT60 and already customized the TQTA schema.

How to change the rule to :

1. Create the absence quota based on calendar year for first year of hiring.

2. Create the absence quota up to end of contract date for the next year.

3. No pro rate for other leave types.
