Marital status re-written from R3

Hi

Gurus, something strange is happening into Marital status table, it is rewritten by Marital Status that came from R3/HR module. I have integrated HR- CRM Organizational Unit and Central Person data by ALE connection, HR has 10 marital status and CRM are custumized only 4, I don´´t know why it is update from R3.

Could someone give a hand, please?

There are 2 solutions.

1. if your using the middle then implement change in the Marital stauts through <b>BADI</b>.

2. Use CRM FM to change the data.

my suggestion is go for BADI.
