regarding business partner, central person and organizational unit relation

Hi experts,

i am implementing business package srm 5.0 in portal. But i need to have business partner, central person and organizational unit relationship to access the backend srm.

Can any one tell me what exact roles i need in the backend to access the business package iviews in portal and also do i need to configure any thing in backend (srm 5.0 ) for this set up.
