not able to proceed through FORK step of Workflow

Hi,

I have created a workflow for Support Desk in solution manager . When I tested the flow by creating the Support Messages directly from CRMD_BUS2000116, its working fine. But when i tried using the TCode NOTIF_CREATE, it is not proceeding through the FORK step (having 3 branches and 2 outcome) which i have used in the Workflow. Its stopping with the steps before the FORK step.

I checked the Container for the step before the FORK, it is correct.

Can anyone assist me in finding where the problem is ???

Thanks in advance,

Sivagami

    Hi Sivagami,

Can you please elaborate on what kind of workflow did you develop in SM and in which version of SM?

    Regards
