Hi
SAP EBP is a tool or component to map one's complete procurement process while integrating with internet solution.
SRM is a concept not a solution.
In SAP terminology SRM is a suite of components (EBP being the central, SUS), applications (CCM, Invoice Management), solutions (E-Sourcing) and offerings(Supplier Network) for automating one's procurement process by web enablement.
More info you can get on service.sap.com/srm
