Data source for number of Contacts Created By?

Hi All,

I am trying to create a report that shows, by employee, the number of leads owned, number of opps owned, number of activities owned (by email, task, phone call, appt) and the number of contacts created by.

I am able to get all of them in one data source except the number of contacts created by.

There are other native data sources that has # of leads, # of tasks, etc as a native key figure. There is none i can find for # of contacts.

The data source, Contact Master Data, would be great as i can group by Created By and just use the Counter as the number. However, when i join this data source to another data source (my custom one), i cannot get the counter field.

Any idea how i can get this metric/key figure to be able to join in one of my custom data sources?

Hi Sandico,

I hope you are having a good day, I have checked further into this in our Characteristics and Data Sources documentation, to check if there is any other Data Source which could fit in your Business Requirement.

Although I performed this check, I couldn`t find any other related Data Source that could contain a field which could display the number you are looking to use in your custom Data Sources.

In the actual scenario, I would recommend you to create a new enhancement request in our SAP Influence Portal for the Cloud for Customer system, where other customers can vote on it and our developers can plan a new field to be added in a the Contact Master Data in the next releases of the system, so then you would be able to achieve your business requirement.
