inserting a dialog box in shopping cart screen(in srm web)

Hi,

when we r creating a shoping cart i need to insert a dialog box in cost assignment tab. when user clicks on cost center we found a badi which is triggering.now i need to add screen where i have to provide the available cost center and corresponding G/L account value.where i have to add this screen. pls help me
