Portal Role Issue

Hi,

I am using two roles in my application viz Manager and Employee. When I am logged into application with Manager role the application is working properly ie All the data and the tabs are getting displayed, but when I logged in as an Employee only Employee tab is getting diaplayed and the TLN and the data is missing. Can anybody suggest me what might be the problem.
