CRM 5 Suggestion

Hi all

I am bit unclear in making a Decision on the future project.

I am basically a certified ABAP consultant with good understanding of JAVA working in SAP CRM Internet Sales project for around 1 year.

Currently I am having an Opportunity to work in SAP CRM based CIC and ICSS related areas. But i am really to new to these areas.

I am really not sure whether i could go ahead with moving into CIC or ICSS jobs or not !!!!

even I really not sure of the Pros and Cons and also the future of CIC or ICSS.

Please advice !!! !
