Dowloading BP from R3 to CRM

Hi

Gurus, I need downloading BP (table KNA1) from R3 to CRM, I did all that is suggested into Best Practice doc, including mapping BP Classification to R3/Account Group (external number). I set up CUSTOMER_MAIN object filter´s. Everything is executed succesful, but none BP is created or transfered to CRM, in fact there are not errors, dumps or messages into queues. What is wrong????, in R3 there is nothing into outbound queues either!!!!

Can some one help me, please???
