We are implementing ESS and MSS on HR ERP2005.
In HR, International Assignees will generally have a home country record and work country record in SAP HR. The records will have different SAP personnel numbers.
We hope that activating the Concurrent Employment and Management of Global Employees functionality in SAP will enable the easy identification of the multiple personnel records for the one employee.
However, we don't know how Self Service will react to there being one Central Person with multiple employee records.
Has anyone tried this?
