need help to solve error WSAECONNECTIONREFUSED: connection refuse

hi

i have os windows 2003 server. i installed minisap

and sapgui 6.10 on my system.then i create new setting

in saplogon to call sapgui as follows

application server = pc name

sap router string = IP address

sap system = R/3

system no = 00.

To start sapgui i first started application server

and then i tried to open sapgui using saplogon.

but it is showing error

WSAECONNECTIONREFUSED: connection refuse .

i know that such error arises when you try to open sapgui by saplogon without starting application server.

but it is showing error even after starting application server.

Can any one guide me to solve this problem?
