SAP HANA ONE Console License Tool not working

I've installed the License Extension V1 package that gives me the option to 'Install HANA License' from the Administration tab of the HANA One Console, but on entering my SYSTEM user password I get the message "Failure to apply license. Contact SAP HANA One support on community forum"

Unfortunately I don't see the traditional license package as a fallback option, so am stuck with a system without a license.

We are running with Hana / Hana One Version 091.

The links to support for Hana One all point back to this generic 'ask a question' page but I can't find the primary tag for Hana One, so just gone SAP HANA !

Come on guys !!! Anybody from SAP monitoring this who could at least send it in the right direction.

Any ideas anybody ? I have a production system that is down, the specific support community doesn't seem to exist anymore and I can't find a way to escalate a question / issue ?

Getting really frustrated :-(
