Webservice deploy

I defined a Web Service in the Integration Builder.

How can I publish the Web Service via the WSDL file?

I know that

in the Integration Directory there is a wizard to create a WSDL ( Tools -> Define Web Service...).

The creation of the WSDL file is already done.

But I don't know, how can I deploy this WSDL file in the WebAS.

Any ideas?
