Not posting to cost center

Hi All,

We have updated table V_T706K as suggested but still we are getting same error "E KI235 Account 44983300 requires an assignment to a CO object", PRT3 configuration also fine.

As per my discussion with FI people, Cost center which maintained in HR personal data (infotype 17), But we are getting above error.
