Hello everybody,

there is the possibility to use Single-Unit Batches with SAP Mill products:

https://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp60_sp/helpdata/en/cb/cdc353b677b44ce10000000a174cb4/content.htm

We have SAP Mill, but something need to be activate, because we don't have the field XPCBT in the table MCH1, here under the first .append:

http://www.se80.co.uk/saptables/m/mch1/mch1.htm

We know this, but we can't use it:

http://help-legacy.sap.com/saphelp_erp2005/helpdata///EN/81/0bc93a5fc1093ee10000000a11402f/content.htm

So something need to be activate, like here is mentioned:

https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/1839531

But what?

Thanks for help

Hello Benjamin,
on which release are you? ERP 6.0 (as the help link indicates)?
There are 2 things that need to be considered:
a) Do you have the discrete industries mill products industry extension (DIMP_SDUD )activated?

I know this is sometimes confused. People run SAP for Mill Products, but do not necessarily activate the industry extension on top.

If you run S/4, this question is no longer relevant.

b) If this is the case, you need to activate this is in the material master on the additional tab for product units of measure.

Best regards, Stefan Weisenberger
