Lumira and performance issues

Hi there

have not done many stuff with Lumira, but one thing which makes me think about application is performance.

Is this ok , if it opens approximately in 15 secs from withing Bilaunchpad, bit it takes about 40 seconds to open the same in mobile? I've tested all possible options, even by adding html in CMC, but anyway it is way too long.

Are there any configuration parameter which we can boost from technical perspective?. I see nothing in CMC -> Servers or Applications area. technical resources are more than enough - 8 cores with 96 of memory, and 1/2 of those consumed.

That does not sound correct. Please make sure you are using Lumira 1.31.7

If there are performance issues even then, please create a phone incident using the MOB-APP-BI-SRV component.
