Configuring standard T.code in Action Box

i

We have an Requirement to configure Contact transaction of SAP iS-U

for that i have selected BOR option while configuring Action Box.But

in Business object i no were found this related object.

SAP-ISu have provide standard T.code for Contact(BCT1).

How can i do the same in Action Box of winclient

Hi

Firstly , in the IMG maintain the Logical System for the

IS-U system under

Interaction Center Win Client - > Component Configuration

->Visible Components -> Action Box Settings - > Maintain

Logical System for Action Box Transactions

Later while configuring action box select Transaction as

the IS-U transaction ,Logical System as configured in the above step ,BOR object as TSTC and method as EXECUTE

Hello Boss

I know how to maintain logical system in crm for Action box.But my problem remains same ...I am not getting option in Business Object to select that standard Transaction
