Lock fields in a transaction

Hi!

How can I unlock the fields in a certain transaction/infotype? I want to modify and change the position in infotype01(organiztion assignment). The problem is, the field is disabled. And I can't do bdc. My functional is not around so I need to do it by myself.

PLease guide me.
