What is the Keystore view to maintain for STRUST in SOAP channel - PI 7.31

Hi Experts,

One of the partner certificate is expiring in PI system next week, the current cert is installed in NWA and the keystore view is maintained as ' Trusted CA's.

Due to some internal issue, our basis team is unable to import the new certificate in nwa.

So, we have asked them to import in STRUST, but the connectivity is not working.

Please let me know what is the value to be maintained in the SOAP receiver channel for the 'KeyStore VIew' field.

I would do a java mapping to do the connection but you haven't time. We hope anyone has faced the same issue.

Many thanks for the response.

We have applied some patches in Feb'17 and the dropdown is not working in monitoring screens.

As you know, to import the cert the dropdown should work to select the relevant option. To apply the fix, it requires downtime and scheduled to do this in 2nd week of March.

But the Certificate is expiring tomorrow and we need to find the aleternative way . So, checking the possibility of installing the Cert in STRUST and the required values to maintain in the channel.

Hi Prathap,

Ask to your basis team what is the problem to install the certificate in the NWA, it is recommendable to have the certificate there because in the future you can migrate an upper PI version with only java stack. Check this link https://blogs.sap.com/2013/01/06/how-to-load-keys-and-certificates-in-sap-pi-sap-po-key-storage/ it is not difficult to import it in the NWA.

When the certificate would be imported you will not have problems to see it in the SOAP receiver channel.
