Dear experts,

Does anyone have any idea on how I can enable smartform output to be sent out to a different email address?

Here's the current scenario:-

- Users can enter a specific custom output type (i.e. with the medium, external send) in a billing document's output

- Here, the correct partner function and business partner ID will also be determined

How can I customize the print program here so that the same billing document's output is sent to another email address? This email address could be a valid email address that is either stored in another custom transparent table or not belonging to any of the billing document's business partners. Is this possible?

It is still not clear whether in all the circumstances, the output should be sent to another mail id which is not maintained in Customer Master or only on certain occcasions. There should be some logic behind this requirement and if you can explain the Business requirement, it would be easy to propose some suitable inputs. Most probably, you need to add coding to meet this requirement
