KP06 - Unable to display Period 11 and 12 values

Hi Experts,

In KP06, I have created a Z Layout and assinged to a Z Planner profile.

The layout structure is: CC, CC Name, CE, CE Name, P1, P2, P3, P4,..... , P12, Totals in Planned Fixed cost in object currency, Dist. Key

I am using text file to upload the data thru KP06. However, data is getting saved till Period 10 but not Period P11 and P12.

Please have a look at the screen below.

If somebody could advise me, it would be really great. Thanks for your help!

I have the same issue but only for P1, P8 and P12

Hi Rajani,

From the screen shot i can see that you are entering same figures for all the months. So you are not sure which columns of the text file are mapped to which months. So please maintain different figures for different months, then upload them and see which months data is not uploaded. This could delimiting issue with text file.

Please do have a look at SAP Txn.

It is pretty much clear that P11 and P12 values are not popping up.

I am not pretty sure about that. If I enter value manually, the values are getting saved in KP06. The only issue is with uploading text. If there is an issue with text file, it shouldn't be updated the entire file. However, it is stopping only P11 and P12.

I am not sure whether I am making it sense to you or not ? Please advise!
