Purchasing info record from table EINE

Hi, Do we have Purchasing info record from table EINE and

Material info Record like KSCHL from table A017 or KONP in Business Content or We need to transfer table from R3 by function module ?

We need to have Purchasing Info Record from transaction

ME13 from R3 in BW.
