Is it possible enter multiple defects along Multiple results recording row wise

Hello friends

In QM, system allows defects recording at three levels : Inspection lot, MIC & Operations

User wants to enter defect rows wise for instance if sample size is 5 system expands 5 rows for result recording but doesn't allow defect recording row wise.

In my case each row represents single unit and user user wants to record result with defect

For Example:

user will create defected pieces lot and Sample Size will be equal to lot size

inspection lot is 5 pieces & Sample Size 5

MIC has 5 rows and each row result will be differ because of each row represents different piece

MIC

ROW1 Result1 Defect1

ROW2 Result2 Defect2

ROW3 Result3 Defect3

ROW4 Result4 Defect4

ROW5 Result5 Defect5

Hi Radhey,

You can use physical sample to create 5 different physical sample for result recording as well as defect recording.
