What is your version? I know as of ECC 5.0(mySAP ERP 2004) that "concurrent employment" is now configurable.

Yes , it can be done via concurrent employment. Versions 4.7A and above support this functionality. However enhanced features pertaining to payroll & benefits in concurrent employment is available for US and canada only.
