Hello
I have a question concerning the type of the R3 user I should create :
We've created a mockup with ISA for R3 edition with user type "Communication". I've created them manually.
Now, I'm testing ISA_USER_CREATE function and I've seen that users created thanks to this function have type "Dialogue".
Since this is standard function I imagine SAP did it on purpose. Do you know why ?
What is the right user type to use ? For me "communication" is less dangerous that "dialogue" one.
Thank you
Normally from ISA i either use dialogie or service user types but never used communication. Thats what standard refers to.

Normally there are 2 type of user type created for ISA ..
1.) Service User
2.) Dialogue User
1.) Service User is created to pass in the JCO Parameters...
coz Service user are RFC enabled
2.) Dialogue User is used to run the ISA application...
When you enter ur ISA Application with Dialogue user
The UserID and Password are checked from the Table ..
where as to connect ISA application with CRM we use
Service User which get passed in the JCO ..
