License Manager cannot be started

Hi Experts ,

Start and stop button is disabled. SBO Mailer and other server manager functions are working When I m trying to start License Manger Services, TAO/NT is working fine but SAP license Manager services individually throwing this message:

Services is taking more time than usual can not be started !

Pl. find the attached screen shot!

Hi Taruna Talwar,

Restart all the service starting from Sql services then to SAP if further persists try to uninstall and install the Server tool alone.
