Message in Service Request log -SAP C4C

Hi

When we click on EDIT/Display the service request in cloud, Would like to show a message based on some check .

I am able to raise a message on SAVE operation but when i open the document the message is gone. I.E every time message is refreshing.

Any possibility that we raise a message and it persists in log untill we clear/delete it.

is it possible to raise a message in root after loading script..I tried but I am getting exception

I also have this problem, hope help. When I checked the background, it threw the error message "Adding of message is not allowed within execution of service CONVERT_KEYS; BO_SERVICE".
