Data Load issue

Hello,

Iam trying to load data to PSA through an infopackage from BW 3.5 -> BW 7.0 and iam facing few issues where the source doesnot respond to the request and the load runs for ages with out failing ......,Could anyone pls suggest me possible areas to lookinto it for troubleshotting.
