Hi SAP SD Experts,
As SAP India Suggested GST Partner for tax Determination for Physical Supplying destination. How do we Map this into System because we already have Ship to party which is helping us to determine the taxes in Current Regime later on GST Partner will be Override on Ship to party for Determining taxes. One month back i have Posted the same Query still not answered. Kindly Provide Configuration Points for GST partner Determination
I am Requesting You to moderator and Experts kindly put your Valuable Answer on it. It will help to all who is working in GST Regime. If possible then kindly mentioned any SAP Note regarding the same or Explanation

Please avoid using incorrect tags which will not receive the attention of right experts. I have changed the Primary Tag which is related to CIN and ensure, henceforth, whatever queries you have related to CIN, you use this as a Primary Tag.
Coming to your query, your explanation is not clear on what exactly this GST implications on supplying destination and ship to. May be you need to explain with some examples. Coming to OSS notes, SAP have released lot of notes on GST and you need to search in Service Marketplace

Hi,
The bill to party that is linked to the customer and plant plays a major role in determining GST for India.
Refer to note- 2410105

I Gone through with this note i come across following Query
SAP Note:- 2410105
1. When you create GST relevant sales order or invoice, taxes are to be determined based on bill-to-party and plant region.
2. When you release a GST relevant invoice to accounting, the new fields(GST Partner, HSN/SAC Code and Place of supply) does not update the BSEG table.
My Question is:-
In Current Regime Taxes determined based on Ship to party and GST regime taxes will be determined based on Bill to party as per this note.
1. What is the Role of GST partner for tax determination of taxes If it will be based on bill to party?.
2. whether taxes will be determined based on first GST partner then Bill to partner? Or GST partner Over Ride to Ship to party?
3. In GST Regime , what is the Role of Ship to party?
4. How do we Configure GST Partner in Our System? Kindly Provide some information because this Configuration is new to all. this will help us.
Regards,
Rupesh

Hi Phani,
Thanks For Advice. As i am also following the Same Master SAP Note and Got stacked on GST Partner while Following Note 2410105. For Further Proceeding we need it GST Partner. For that do we need to create Account group? whether then Good Recipient or Sold to Party or Bill to party account group? or Manually we have to add GST partner in Sold to party and have to give existing Sold to party number there? How it would be
In existing System GST Partner is Coming Directly at sales order but not determining taxes because Current system based on Ship to party. If we will override GST Partner on Bill to party in GST Regime then how it works ? Do we need any USER EXIT or Normal Configuration is Sufficient to override
Kindly Revert me. Correct me if i am wrong. If need some More Details then i will proceed. I want Suggestion from your side. Text Removed
Regards,
Rupesh
