Hi , manager cant view travel expense report once employee submits for approval. if Manager clicks on travel expense report, it should show expenses in PDF form but it displays blank page. Manager is facing this issue since 3-4 months, he didn't face this king of issue any time in the past. We asked manager to clear cookies, restarting the system etc. We also asked user to check PDF settings in system,PDF settings seems to be fine since he can open all other PDF documents(for ex:Payslip), we assumed if recently any software is installed and that may created that issue and manager confirmed, he didn't install any software recently,at last we advised to reinstall IE and other browsers and try but, issue remains unresolved. We have checked all the roles, authorizations profiles and all, nothing has changed and this problem is only with this manager and all other manager can view expense pdf.He could view expense PDF from his collegues system but cant from his system
