Hi All,

I am extending the BP from R/3 to CRM using EEW.

I am triggering the outbound queue in R/3 by changing a customer, the customer has been changed successfully in R/3 but when I go to SMQ1 and checked my outbound queue an error occured 'Generic Stop set'.

can any one tell me about this and the solution.

I will reward maximum points.

Hello Kumar,

What is your release of CRM?

Did you check oss notes like :

574774 - Outbound queues hang in status STOP

337753 - CRM/EBP server: General analysis in upload

I did not checked the notes you specified. I'll check them and let you know the status.

Frédéric,

the note '574774' is all about downloading from CRM to R/3 but my case is R/3 to CRM.

Can you please help me in this regard as it is very urgent for me.

Kumar,

Are you sure that the STOP in your queue was triggered by your BP update in R/3?

Did you made an successfull initial load?

Did you already manage to update a BP from R/3 to CRM since this initial load?

Frédéric,

When I go to SMQ2 I can see my Queue with status 'STOP' and when I click on the queue name I am getting 'Generic stop set' message.

I think the initial load was successful but I am not sure about it.

I am not sure whether the BP was able to update previously.

Is the date of your entry 'STOP' matching the date of your change on your BP in R/3?

Are there some entries blocked in the inbound queue in CRM?

Do you have dumps in ST22 in R/3 or CRM?

some short dumps occured yesterday. After that I made some changes and now there are no short dumps today.

I am not sure that there are any queues blocked before this queue. In SMQ1, there are some queues which have the status 'nosend'. Do they affect our queue?

In wich system?

Wich kind of queues? (ar you working with mobile?)

in R/3.

I am not working on mobiles.

Some BW related queues and some related to R/3 BPs.

If you look in the queues for BP, are there just in NOSEND?

nothing in the CRM queues SMQ1 SMQ2?

yes Frederic.

there are no queues in CRM SMQ1 and SMQ2.

Is it a DEV system?

if yes, just delete the STOP message.

restart the BP queues

check if everything is ok.

If yes, just change a BP in R/3 and check if the changes are sent to CRM

is there any sample function module to implement this exit.
