Batch tracking & Inspection

Hello experts

Need your expertise solution on mapping this following business process

Currenlty we are implementing QM for dairy industry

Here I have two inspections for raw Milk

1. Raw Milk which is inspected in tanker b4 getting into premises (Source Inspection) Only after the test results are passed, the GR is been done for new batch

We have mapped this process in Source Inspection.

2. After the GR, the New batch of Raw Milk will be unloaded to storage tanks, where there will be older batches.

Here the New batch gets mixed with the Older Lots

This will be tested by the QC department again for ensuring the quality

For Example

My Silo storage capacity is 20000 liters

In that I have a Older Batch stock say B1 of 3000 litres

Now I mixing the New Batch Stock B2 of 10,000 litres

How to track the batch here for further production process and I need to move the entire quantity of 13000 liters to qulaity inspection lot for clearance

Please advice
