How to check which JRE version used by Portal.

Hai All,

We are using SAP Enterprise portal 5.5 to access SAP R/4 4.6 via ITS 6.1 p29.

How do i know whether portal uses the Microsoft VM or JRE(Tools=>Internet option=>Advanced) given in browser setting or it is calling JRE directly.

Hi Basha,

The browser uses the JVM which is specified in the mentioned settings (Internet Options- > Advanced).

With SUN JVM you can open the Java console (menu "Tools - Sun Java Console") to monitor the Java calls.
