EP on Netweaver 2004s ume error

Hello,

We have a problem with EP 2004s on AIX/oracle when accessing user administration within the portal (UME is working fine when called via http://server:port/useradmin).

Below there's the error :

500 Internal Server Error

com.sap.tc.webdynpro.services.exceptions.WDRuntimeException: Failed to create deployable object 'sap.com/pb' since it is not a Web Dynpro object

Also in log files there's this string :

The requested deployable object 'sap.com/pb' and application 'PageBuilder' are not deployed on the server. Please check the used URL for typos

It seems there's something wrong with the pagebuilder...

Anyone has a suggestion ?
