Accounts Blocked by End of Day Processing---IHC Error

Hi Experts,

I am getting the error when running F9N11 in program. RFBKCLEB. the error is. Accounts Blocked by End of Day Processing. When Checking the F9N4 there is no account for restart. In F9N3 log for subobject BAACTCL is showing one error with the old date.

Please advice how to resolve this error.
